[Material] Basics of Resin Processing: A Learnable Hint Book Ver.01

Thermoplastic resins can be repeatedly softened and deformed! We will also introduce examples that have been proposed to and adopted by customers!

We have decided to actively share information about the field of "resin processing," which we handle extensively. We hope that many customers from production sites who view this material will choose Cretas as their "consultation destination in times of trouble." In addition to our processing achievements at our own factory, we have transactions with many cooperative factories, including material manufacturers, trading companies, molding manufacturers, cutting manufacturers, and water jet processing manufacturers, and we specialize in creating processed products by combining these resources. If you have any concerns regarding "resin processing," materials, or processing methods, please feel free to contact us. [Contents] ■ Introduction ■ Table of Contents ・1 What is Resin/Plastic Processing ・2 Basic Information on Resin Processing ・3 Tips for Resin Processing ■ Conclusion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Cutting processing of oil-less plastic resin material using a composite lathe!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a jig using an NC lathe multi-tasking machine for oil-less processing! We accept contract processing while considering the material characteristics such as tolerances and distortion.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we use an NC lathe multi-tasking machine to manufacture jigs for Oiles. While we can also process using a general-purpose lathe and milling machine, we opted for the multi-tasking machine to improve efficiency. ~Helpful Information~ Oiles for the automotive-related industrial machinery often have simple shapes, but materials may need to be ordered, which can lead to longer delivery times. However, Oiles (polyacetal resin) contains lubricants and special fillers, making it difficult to meet tolerances, warping, and distortion, but it has excellent machinability. Our company manufactures indexing and screw machining using an NC lathe multi-tasking machine (Okuma) without the need for clamps or positioning jigs, and we can accommodate items with high production volumes. If you have previously experienced difficulties in getting small lots (low quantities) accepted while larger production runs were accepted, please feel free to consult with us! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
